Early Childhood
Family, Friend and Neighbor care
Family, Friend and Neighbor caregivers include grandparents, relatives, friends, neighbors, and community members who provide flexible, culturally responsive care, helping families keep children safe, learning, and connected while parents work, study, and care for their households.
