Privacy
The Minneapolis Youth Coordinating Board respects your privacy. This page explains what information this website handles.
What we collect
Browsing this site does not require an account. Some interactive tools (such as the community assessment) store data only in your own browser and never send it to us.
Optional advertising measurement
On the safety-survey page, you may choose whether to allow Google Ads conversion measurement. If you allow it, the site loads a Google tag so the YCB can understand whether an advertisement brought visitors to that page. Google may process browser, device, cookie, and request information under its own privacy terms. The YCB does not enable enhanced conversions and does not send your name, email address, survey answers, or Qualtrics responses to Google Ads.
Measurement remains off unless you select “Allow measurement.” Declining does not limit access to the website or survey. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time through “Privacy choices” in the footer.
Forms and surveys
Sign-up forms and surveys linked from this site use services such as Smartsheet and Qualtrics. The organization-intake form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to screen automated abuse before a submission enters staff review. These services process the information or technical request data needed for the stated purpose under their privacy terms and applicable Minnesota data practices law.
Public records
As an intergovernmental agency, the YCB is subject to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act. Correspondence you send us may be classified as government data.
